Fee Adjustment: Effective February 1, 2025, my fees for individual therapy sessions will increase from $220 to $235. This adjustment aligns with the recommended rates provided by my professional associations.

Booking Policy: Appointments may be scheduled up to 2 months in advance.

Therapy Groups

I am currently recruiting participants for the following therapy groups:

Understanding Self & Others: Relational Process Group Therapy Thursdays, 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM MT

Connecting and Growing: Group Therapy for Gay Men Tuesdays, 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM MT

Group Therapy for Therapists: An Introduction to Process Group Therapy Thursdays, 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM MT, starting April 2025 (a six-session, time-limited group)
